Payment Standards
PAYMENT OF RENT
Rent is due on the first (1st) day of each calendar month and is delinquent after the fifth (5th) day. Rent is payable to Coast & Valley Properties, Inc. at P.O. Box 267, Salinas, CA 93902, in person at 376 Main Street, Salinas, CA 93901 (during normal business hours), online thru our tenant portal at www.coastandvalleypm.com or any address designated by Landlord.
Landlord may but is not required to accept payments electronically or by credit card, either directly or through a third-party payment service system. Residents interested in these payment methods should request information about Landlord’s current electronic and credit card payment acceptance policy from the management office.
Rent shall be paid by electronic funds transfer, cashier’s check, money order or personal check – NO CASH
